Me on Geneva lake

And I saw myself reflected in everything
And when in concentration I looked at myself
I became transparent, and in my transparency
I could not find me- but only You, just You!

Welcome to my homepage. I am Rammohan from the city of Hyderabad, India, currently working towards my Ph. D at Distributed Information Systems Laboratory, EPFL, Switzerland. I have Masters (M. S- by Research) from High Performance Computing and Networking Laboratory (HPCN) Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IITM), India. I was working for Qualcomm, Hyderabad before moving here.

Earlier, I worked on designing efficient routing protocols, survivable routing, and QoS in WDM high-bandwidth networks. Currently, I am interested in designing highly available, secure large-scale distributed, P2P information systems.

TEAM logo TEAM is a European project with a great mission. I am involved in designing, implementing the storage layer for the project.
Courses/ Course projects

I love to travel around beautiful Switzerland. Here are loads of pictures.

I maintain a Student Guide for new comers to EPFL.

I used to blog regularly.

The great lovely eternal message in the beginning of the page is by my beleoved Guru Paramahansa Yogananda.

The picture is Me (!!) overlooking France in Geneva Lake, Lausanne. This fantastic pic's credit goes to Gangadhar.
